Bradford EnviroSealTM Wall Plus is the best lightweight, tear resistant radiant barrier for residential cavity walls.

EnviroSeal Wall Plus Wrap Foil Insulation is the ideal barricade against dirt, dust, draughts and condensation as well a Fire Retarding barrier helping keep the home protected from Bush Fires.

EnviroSeal's integral thermal insulation properties also keep your home warmer in winter and cooler in summer.

On a hot day, radiant heat is responsible for up to 70% through the walls. By sealing your home in EnviroSeal, the radiant heat loss and gain is reduced by up to 95%, increasing the comfort of in the home and reducing the energy bills.

Tough enough to withstand the rigours of construction, EnviroSealacts as a second skin for your entire home, providing an excellent barrier against dirt, sealing the inside environment form the outside.

Product Description

EnviroSeal Wall Plus is a Light Duty radiant barrier consisting of a layer of aluminium foil laminated with fire retardant adhesive to a high tech woven polymeric fabric.

To eliminate glare during installation, EnviroSeal Wall Plus has a Green Antiglare with White EnviroSeal Logo on one surface.

Fire Resistance

Flammability test when tested in accordance with AS1530 Part 2 - 1993, the following flammability indices resulted:

Emissivity of Bright Foil Surface (ASTM - C445) = 4%. Reflectivity of Bright Foil Surface = 96%.

Durability

CSR Limited is committed to Building In Quality and CSR Bradford EnviroSealTM is guaranteed to perform to specifications in normal building applications when installed in accordance with AS/NZS 4200.2: 1994 Pliable Building Membranes and Underlays, Part 2 Installation Requirements. EnviroSeal Wall is not designed to withstand prolonged direct exposure to the elements, accordingly upon application of this product the outer roof or wall should be installed without delay. EnviroSeal products should not come into contact with wet concrete or other lime based products and should be stored in a dry place out of direct sunlight before use. To ensure effective performance and satisfactory lifespan, radiant barriers such as Thermofoil must be installed with a minimum airspace of 20mm on either side, or if faced to bulk insulation an airspace of at least 20mm on the opposing face.
